– SCPL received unsolicited proposal from LNW at $20.00 cash per share, 28.5% premium, $2.1 billion
– HZNP / AMGN / FTC submitted a stipulated proposed TRO to the court providing that parties would not close the merger until the earlier of Sept 15 2023 or the second business day after the court rules on the FTC’s request for a preliminary injunction
– CMMC / HBM filed management information circular, votes June 13, closing late June
– INDT shareholders approved acquisition by Centerbridge Partners / GIC, closing early summer 2023
