– UNS.to / LKQ waived UK CMA clearance condition, closing Aug 1
– SIMO / MXL exercised its contractual rights to terminate merger agreement, claims conditions not satisfied, MAE occurred and is continuing, breach of reps and warranties, extended outside date passed and was not auto-extended, SIMO stated termination was invalid and will vigorously enforce its rights under the merger agreement
– AJRD / LHX announced FTC will not block merger, closing July 28
– NFI/R / NFI.to expects to close sub receipts on Aug 31
– MDWT shareholders approved Antarctica Capital buyout, closing H2 2023
