– PRVB to be acquired by SNY for $25.00 cash per share, 273.1% premium, $2.9 billion
– CF.to announced that a number of its directors, including the Special Committee, resigned
– NUVA / GMED filed S-4, no meeting date set, filed HSR Mar 3, closing mid 2023
– IAA / RBA / Luxor announced just ~46% of RBA votes were cast Against merger
– AGFS / Paine Schwartz Partners filed DEFM14a, vote Mar 30, closing Q1 2023
