– TA / BP filed PREM14a, filed HSR Mar 9, closing mid-2023, received unsolicited proposal at $92.00 from Party G (did not constitute a Superior Proposal)
– VMW / AVGO merger may be expected to result in a substantial lessening of competition, will be referred for an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation unless the parties offer an acceptable undertaking to address these competition concerns
