– ALLI.to received an unsolicited takeover proposal at $1.25 cash per share from Tecpetrol Investments S.L., determined it to be opportunistic, and not in the best interests of Alpha or its shareholders
– AVIR received an unsolicited takeover proposal at $5.75 cash per share from Tang Capital Partners
– AQUA / XYL delisting notice, closing May 24
